“I believe that Bakhmut is a place where the Russian army went to die,” Rice said.
According to him, the Ukrainian army kills about 25,000 Russian soldiers per month. In addition, in March, the army of the aggressor country will lose 75,000 soldiers who have been wounded.
“All the best units of the Russian army are being destroyed,” Zaluzhnyi's adviser said.
Rice noted that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are much stronger now than they were a year ago.
“I believe that this spring Ukraine will launch a very powerful counteroffensive that will shock the world,” he emphasized.
