Russia loses 6 tanks, 18 artillery systems, 860 soldiers per day - General Staff

This is stated in the morning report of Ukraine's General Staff.

The total combat losses of the Russian Federation from February 24, 2022 to November 25, 2023 are estimated at:

Frontline situation: Russia keeps trying to regain positions near Robotyne and encircle Avdiivka, Ukrainian forces repelled over 70 Russia's attacks in a day

Thus, according to the General Staff, in the area of the northern Ukrainian border with Belarus, the operational situation has not changed. 

In the northeastern border area, Russian forces maintain a grouping of troops covering the state border, conducting active sabotage activities in the border areas to prevent the deployment of Ukrainian troops to threatened areas, and increasing the density of minefields along the state border in the Belgorod region.

In the area of responsibility of the Khortytsia operational-strategic group in the Kupyansk direction, the Russian army, with the support of aviation, conducted assault operations in the areas of Synkivka, Petropavlivka in Kharkiv region and Stelmakhivka in Luhansk region, where the Defense Forces repelled 15 attacks.

In the Lyman direction, Russia carried out assaults in the area of Serebryanske forestry in the Luhansk region, but had no success.

In the Bakhmut direction, Ukraine's troops repelled 11 hostile attacks near 4 settlements in the Donetsk region. Ukrainian defense forces continue assault operations south of Bakhmut in Donetsk region, inflicting losses in manpower and equipment on the Russia enemy, and consolidating their positions.

In the area of responsibility of the Tavria operational-strategic group in the Avdiivka direction, the Russian troops, supported by air power, keep trying to encircle Avdiivka. The Ukrainian soldiers are holding steadfast and inflicting significant losses on their enemy. Russia's offensive near 6 localities in the Donetsk region was unsuccessful. Ukrainian defenders repelled 30 attacks there.

In the Marinka direction, the Russian army, together with aviation, conducted assault operations in the areas of Marinka and Novomykhailivka in the Donetsk region, where the Defense Forces repulsed 10 attacks.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, the Russian forces did not conduct any offensive (assault) actions.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, Russia's army unsuccessfully tried 7 times to regain the lost position near Robotyne and Novopokrovka in Zaporizhzhia region.

At the same time, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to conduct an offensive in the Melitopol direction, inflicting losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces, and depleting the Russian enemy along the entire front line.

In the area of responsibility of the Odesa operational-strategic group in the Kherson direction, the Defense Forces continue to hold their positions on the left bank of the Dnipro River, continue to conduct counter-battery combat, and inflict fire on Russia's rear.

Russia attacked Ukraine with Shahed drones for two nights in a row

In total, the Russian Federation launched 7 missile and 29 air strikes, fired 36 times from multiple launch rocket systems at the positions of Ukrainian troops and populated areas. Russian terrorist attacks resulted in deaths and injuries among the civilian population.

Yesterday, the invaders launched an airstrike on Ukraine using 6 Shahed-136/131 attack UAVs. All enemy drones were destroyed. This day, the Russian militants conducted another air strike on Ukraine, and the attack by strike UAVs continues. Private homes and other civilian infrastructure were destroyed and damaged.

More than 140 settlements in the Chernihiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Dnipro and Kherson regions came under artillery fire.

Ukrainian Armed Forces hit 13 Russian military positions

Over the past day, the Defense Forces' aviation launched 9 strikes on the invading Russian troops' military positions.

Missile troops hit 2 control points, 4 manpower concentration areas, 2 artillery units, and Russia's logistics center.
