Russia launches PSYOP against Ukraine and, in particular, military leadership

The purpose of the psychological operation is to provoke panic in Ukrainian society, destabilize Ukraine from the inside, and try to create discontent with the military leadership, in particular, the Commander-in-Chief of Ukraine's Armed Forces, Valerii Zaluzhnyi. 

The main messages issued by Russia:

• The beginning of a humanitarian catastrophe, it is necessary to evacuate from Kyiv and other cities;

• EU and US embassies are being evacuated from Kyiv;

• The Commander-in-Chief of Ukraine's Armed Forces Valerii Zaluzhnyi has failed to cope with the duties assigned to him.

Messages to counter an information attack:
