Russia launches missile strike on Zaporizhzhia civilian infrastructure: 1 injured
On the morning of Friday, September 8, Russian troops have attacked civilian infrastructure in Zaporizhzhia. One person has been wounded as a result of the attack
Yuriy Malashko, the head of Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, reported the information.
"In the morning, the enemy launched several missiles (likely ballistic missiles) at the civilian infrastructure of the regional center," the statement said.
He noted that as of 7 a.m., at least one person was reported injured.
"All relevant services are working at the scene. All the details will follow later," the administration added.
Subsequently, the secretary of Zaporizhzhia City Council Anatoliy Kurtiev noted that the blast wave damaged windows in multi-storey buildings and educational institutions.
Yuriy Malashko also added that a man was injured.

On the afternoon of September 7, the Russian occupying army struck a civilian infrastructure facility in the Zaporizhzhia district. A fire broke out at the site.
