“The Russians fired missiles at Kharkiv. The S-300 air defense system was in place before the attack. Special services are now examining the aftermath in the Kholodnohirsky district,” the message said.
As of 9:30 a.m., there is no information about any victims, according to him.
Kharkiv mayor, Ihor Terekhov, also confirmed the shelling of the city. He urged everyone to be cautious.
