Russia launches fake news on recruiting US students to fight in Ukraine

Russia has launched a disinformation campaign about the alleged recruitment of American students to Ukraine's International Legion

This is reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation.
"The 'advertising' poster reads: "How to repay student loans? Join the International Legion of Defense of Ukraine," the Center writes.
Analysts collected data and found that no such ads were placed in American universities. This is another fake of Russian propaganda.
"Such materials are spread to discredit the Ukrainian army and the government of Ukraine. Be vigilant and trust only verified sources of information," emphasizes the Center for Countering Disinformation.
