Russia launches 4 missile strikes and 15 airstrikes on Ukraine, AFU hit enemy air defense systems and military positions

The Ukrainian Armed Forces' General Staff reported this. 

According to the report, the Russian enemy launched two missile strikes on the civilian infrastructure of Matviivka, Zaporizhzhia region. Also, in the Zaporizhzhia direction, more than 15 settlements were damaged by the occupying forces' tank, mortar, and artillery fire, in particular, Malynivka, Donetsk region, and Olhivske, Huliaipole, Mala Tokmachka, Novodanilivka, Novoandriivka, Mali Shcherbaky, and Kamianske, Zaporizhzhia region. 

In other areas of the front, the situation is as follows:

In the Kupiansk direction, the areas of Kurylivka, Ivanivka, Kotliarivka, Tabaivka, Berestove and Pershotravneve, Kharkiv region, as well as Novoselivske, Luhansk region, were shelled.

In the Lyman direction of the Luhansk region, the Russian enemy shelled the Novoyehorivka, Ploshchanka, Nevske, Chervonopopivka, Kreminna and Serebrianka districts with all available firepower.

In the Bakhmut direction of the Donetsk region, Verkhnokamianske, Spirne, Bilohorivka, Soledar, Krasna Hora, Bakhmut, Klishchiivka, Kurdiumivka, Zalizne and Vesele were damaged by fire.

In the Avdiivka direction of the Donetsk region, Kostiantynivka, Berdychi, Avdiivka, Vodiane, Pervomaiske, Krasnohorivka, Heorhiivka, Mariinka, and Novomykhailivka came under enemy fire.

In the Vuhledar direction of the Donetsk region, the Russian enemy fired tanks and all types of artillery at the areas of Vuhledar, Zolota Nyva, Velyka Novosilka, and Neskuchne settlements.

In the Kherson direction, the occupying Russian forces shelled, in particular, Novooleksandrivka, Havrylivka, Mylove, Ivanivka, Molodizhne, Inzhenerne, Antonivka, and Kherson itself. 

At the same time, the occupying forces continue to suffer losses. In particular, in Novosvitlivka, Luhansk region, there are more than 200 wounded soldiers recently mobilized in the occupied part of the region in the local hospital.

“During the day, the Ukrainian Defense Forces' aviation launched 21 strikes on the Russian troops' concentration areas and 6 on the positions of their anti-aircraft missile systems,” the General Staff said.

“And our missile forces and artillerymen hit 6 Russian control points, 7 military positions, and several munitions depots,” the General Staff added.
