Russia intensifies information operations to slow down arms supplies to Ukraine— ISW
Experts of the Institute for the Study of War (ISW) have listed the information operations that Russia is pushing to slow down the provision of arms to Ukraine
This is reported by ISW.
Russian authorities appear to intensify the promotion of false-flag information operations to divert attention from the lack of significant victories on the battlefield and to slow down the delivery of Western tanks and other aid ahead of expected Ukrainian counteroffensives.
On February 28, the Ministry of Defense of Russia accused the "USA and its accomplices" of plans to carry out a provocation in Ukraine with the use of toxic chemicals.
"The apparent uptick in fallacious biochemical and nuclear false flag warnings accompanies a concerted Russian false flag information operation accusing Ukraine of preparing for an invasion of Russian-occupied Transnistria, Moldova," analysts note.
The report concludes: "The Russian MoD and top Russian officials will likely escalate their engagement with such information operations as the ongoing Russian offensive in Luhansk Oblast nears culmination and the opportunities for Ukrainian counter-offensives grow."

On February 25, Dmitry Medvedev said that the Russian Federation is fighting in Ukraine against an entire empire of enemies who allegedly aim to "strangle" Russia.
