During the three-day so-called “truce” declared by Russia from May 8 to 10, Russian forces carried out, on average, more assault operations per day than during the entire month of April

DeepState OSINT project reported the information.

According to DeepState, Russian forces conducted 193, 196, and 161 assault actions on May 8, 9, and 10 respectively. In comparison, the average number of daily attacks in April was 155.

"Almost on all fronts, there was no ceasefire. There were isolated cases, and that's all," emphasized Deepstate.

Analysts added that Russia's actions appeared not merely as a simulation of a ceasefire, but rather as an intensification of military efforts under false claims made by its military and political leadership.

  • On April 28, Russian leader Vladimir Putin announced the so-called "truce" on the day of the 80th anniversary of the victory in World War II. However, as noted on May 9 by Ukrainian MP and SBU colonel Roman Kostenko, the "ceasefire" was not observed on the frontlines: some areas are quieter, while fighting continued in others.
