In addition, Russia attacked the Kherson region. According to the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office, around 5:00 p.m., Russian troops attacked civilians with a UAV. As a result of dropping explosives from a drone on one of the streets in the village of Poniativka, a woman was killed.
Earlier in the day, the State Emergency Service reported on the strike in the Sumy region.
In the morning, Russian forces carried out airstrikes on Bilopillya. One residential building was completely destroyed, and three more civilian homes and seven outbuildings were damaged.
"State Emergency Service teams arrived at the scene. While inspecting the area, rescuers found a woman trapped under the rubble. She was carefully freed and handed over to emergency medics," the report says.
Fires also broke out in three residential buildings in the region due to overnight attack. One civilian was killed.
