On the night of November 10-11, the Russian forces struck a critical infrastructure facility in the Vinnytsia region

This is reported by the head of the Vinnytsia region Serhiy Borzov.

"November 11 started with an alarm. Again, there is a hit in one of the objects of critical infrastructure of the Vinnytsia region. There were no casualties. Rescue services are working, " Borzov writes.

The air alert in the Vinnytsia region continued in the period 2:21 am – 3:55 am.
