Russia hits administrative building with S-300 missile in Kharkiv region: people are under rubble
On February 23, the Russian army fired an S-300 missile at Kupyansk district, Kharkiv region. People are being searched for under the rubble of a ruined building

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Synyehubov, informed about this.
"The occupants attacked Kupyansk district today. Preliminary, with an S-300 missile. There is a hit to the administrative building," he wrote.
According to Synyehubov, a civilian man who was near the building was injured. At least two people are trapped under the rubble.
All rescue services are working on site.
