This disinformation campaign has been uncovered by the Center for Countering Disinformation.
The Center underscored that Russia is actively engaging in a disinformation effort regarding the situation in southern Ukraine.
"The information suggesting the evacuation of civil servants from Kherson before a 'Russian offensive' is baseless," clarified the Center.
According to the Center, these claims are Russian fabrications intended to instigate panic. Notably, the Center highlighted that Russia lacks the resources required for an assault on Kherson.
