Pentagon, independent analysts dispute Trump's claim of $350 billion spent on Ukraine
The Center for Countering Disinformation warns about this.
Russian sources published unconfirmed claims that Ukraine lost four F-16 fighters on September 26, alleging that this occurred following an "unexpected missile strike."
“The information is false. Such reports are another fake aimed at manipulating public opinion, created to reinforce the narrative about the 'ineffectiveness' of Western aircraft. Russian propaganda started spreading claims about the downing of F-16s even before the fighter jets arrived in Ukraine,” warns the Center.
On September 17, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy discussed the expansion of the number of F-16 fighters at a meeting with the Air Force Command.
