According to Shot, the explosion damaged at least 15 apartments on all five floors of the building. 100 residents were evacuated.
Later, the governor of the region, Alexander Beglov, reported an " incident" in the Krasnogvardeisky district, but did not specify what exactly happened. According to him, there were no casualties as a result of the incident.
"The glass of the balconies of two buildings was partially damaged. Residents of the damaged apartments were evacuated," the governor wrote.
