According to the source, the command of the Western Military District of the Russian Federation has made a decision to carry out an operational transfer of combat-ready units in response to the escalating situation on the border in the Belgorod region.
“The decision under consideration involves the potential relocation of units from the 3rd Motorized Rifle Division of the 20th Combined Arms Army, which is stationed in Valuyki, Belgorod region, from the active conflict zone in Makiyivka, Ploshсhanka, Luhansk region to the Belgorod region,” the message said.

On May 22, the Freedom of Russia Legion and the Russian Volunteer Corps announced the liberation of the settlements of Kozinka and Gora-Podol in the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation as part of the establishment of a demilitarized zone along the border with Russia. Advanced units have also entered Grayvoron. Consequently, a counter-terrorist operation regime has been implemented in the region, and efforts are underway to evacuate nuclear ammunition.
