Russia claims “Ukrainian sabotage group” is in Bryansk region, while GUR considers it to be domestic confrontation between Russian citizens

Defense Intelligence spokesman Andriy Yusov said that such reports indicate an internal confrontation between citizens of Russia

This was stated in a comment to Suspilne.

"The so-called Russian Federation is an absolutely unstable entity with a colossal number of internal conflicts: international, social, political. And indeed, there are such events that signal a confrontation between the Russian citizens," he stated.

In particular, he claimed that the evidence about the presence of the "Russian Volunteer Corps” soldiers in this territory has already been published: "This indicates that, probably, the people of Russia are beginning to wake up against the bloody Putin dictatorship."

Andriy Yusov emphasized the need to verify the information about the dead and injured, and also added: "As far as it is known, they are not fighting against the civilian population, but exclusively against the Putin regime and those who serve him."

Russian mass media reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin was convening the Security Council against the background of the events in Bryansk region, but later his press secretary Dmitry Peskov said that the meeting was not planned for today.
