Meanwhile, the press service of the Strategic Communications Directorate within the Office of the Commander-in-Chief of the Ukrainian Armed Forces has verified the destruction of Russian missile system positions near the temporarily occupied Yevpatoriya.
Earlier, RIA Novosti reported on the alleged destruction of Ukrainian drones, citing the Russian Defense Ministry.
At about 05:30, Russian air defense allegedly destroyed 11 Ukrainian drones over the temporarily occupied Crimea.
Later, the Russian Defense Ministry reported that at about 5 a.m., Ukraine allegedly tried to attack the Black Sea Fleet patrol ship Sergei Kotov with 5 maritime drones.
According to them, Russian air defense allegedly destroyed all the targets.
The Crimean Wind Telegram channel informed about powerful explosions in Yevpatoriya.
Local residents say that drones have arrived near Yevpatoriya. Instead, according to them, the UAVs probably hit a Russian air defense system.
In addition, it is reported that the explosions were probably in the area of Zaozerne and Uyutne. The blast wave in Yevpatoria "made buildings shake".
According to Suspilne Krym, ambulances and rescue vehicles are driving along the streets of Uyutne village. Local residents also said that military unit No. 85683 is located in the area where the explosion took place.
Instead, the Russian-appointed authorities did not comment on the situation.
The Russians also blocked traffic on the Crimean Bridge a few minutes before the attack.
