Russia attacks Ukraine with Kinzhal hypersonic missiles 

Another wave could have come from Belarus. This was reported by the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine through its official Telegram channel.

As noted, these air targets were moving toward the city of Starokostiantyniv, Khmelnytsky region. The alert there lasted from 18:26 to 19:37.

The military administration of the Khmelnytskyi region reported the sound of explosions. There is also a statement from the Zaporizhzhia regional military administration about a strike on the outskirts of Zaporizhzhia. 

According to the authorities, the fire is being extinguished at the site of the hit. There was no information about the victims. The consequences of the destruction are still being established.

Starostiantyniv is one of the priority targets of the aggressor country's strikes

On March 29, 2022, the Russians completely destroyed all the fuel and lubricant stocks available at the Starokostnyatyniv military airfield with an air strike.

The strikes also took place on May 29, 2023. The command did not disclose the details.

In their attempts to hit the airfield, the Russians also use Iranian-made Shahed drones.
