Russia attacks Kharkiv region: fire breaks out, man injured
On February 26, Russian shell hit a yard in the town of Vovchansk, Kharkiv region, resulting in a fire and a man receiving shrapnel wounds
This was reported by the head of Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Oleh Synyehubov.
Russians shelled the settlements of Kharkiv, Chuhuyiv and Kupiansk districts with artillery and mortars.
In particular, in Vovchansk, one of the shells hit a yard. As a result, a 73-year-old man received a shrapnel wound. He was hospitalized, his condition was moderately stable.
A house was damaged, a garage and an outbuilding were destroyed. A fire broke out.
A private house and a garage in the village of Kurylivka, Kupiansk district, were also damaged by Russian shelling.
On February 26, pyrotechnicians neutralized another 84 explosive objects.
