This is reported by Opindia.
India produces a lot of Russian weapons and spare parts for them under license. Against the background of the war in Ukraine, Rostec faced problems in customer service, so it decided to ask Indian partners for help. Asian countries, in turn, are also asking India, fearing to do business with Russia due to Western sanctions.
In particular, Indian companies are to take over the Su-30 maintenance of the Malaysian Air Force and the Ugandan Air Force.
In addition, Russia is asking India to supply its customers with artillery, tanks, and air defense equipment produced under license.
