Russia accuses Ukraine of new attack on Belgorod region
The governor of the Belgorod region of the Russian Federation, Vyacheslav Gladkov, accused Ukraine of the attack on the village of Lavy, Valuyki district. According to him, the local sanatorium was allegedly damaged

He reported this on Telegram.
“The village of Lavy in the Valuyki city district was targeted by fire from the Armed Forces of Ukraine. The enemy used a UAV to drop 2 grenades on the sanatorium's grounds,” as reported by Gladkov.
He mentioned that there seem to be no casualties. Nevertheless, the incident led to the breaking of 4 windows and damage to the building's facade at the sanatorium.
Gladkov further shared that emergency services are currently on-site, dealing with the aftermath.

During the night of August 22-23, explosions were heard in Moscow and the surrounding region, causing the closure of airports.
