Russia accuses Ukraine of attempting to attack warship in Black Sea
On Tuesday, July 25, the Russian Ministry of Defense announced an attempt by the Armed Forces of Ukraine to attack the Russian Navy patrol ship Sergei Kotov in the Black Sea with unmanned boats
This was reported by the press service of the Russian Defense Ministry.
They state that allegedly last night the Armed Forces of Ukraine attempted to attack the patrol ship "Sergei Kotov" of the Black Sea Fleet with two naval unmanned boats. It is noted that this ship performs tasks to control navigation in the southwestern part of the Black Sea.
The ministry added that allegedly during the "repulsion of the attack" both remote-controlled boats destroyed the Russian ship with regular weapons at a distance of one thousand and 800 meters.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, no one was allegedly injured in the incident, and Sergei Kotov continues to perform its tasks.
