The head of the International Committee of the Red Cross,Mirjana Spoljaric Egger, told reporters on December 14, Radio Liberty reports.
“As for the exchange according to the "all-for-all" formula, it happened in the past, it is a known practice, and it can happen in the Russia-Ukraine international conflict. So, of course, the parties can take advantage of this opportunity,” the head of the international organization said, but did not reveal the details.

On December 14, Ukraine returned from the Russian captivity more than 60 Ukrainian soldiers who fought in the Donetsk and Luhansk directions.

On November 17, President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine can agree to the transit of ammonia from the Russian Federation on the condition that prisoners are exchanged according to the "all-for-all" formula.
