Putin's regime is afraid that Ukraine can already strike at decision-making centers in Moscow - military expert Samus

He expressed this opinion in the program Verdict with Serhiy Rudenko on the Espreso TV channel.

"Ukraine's information and psychological operation will show that the war is actually on every Russian's doorstep, so don't think that anyone will hide. All Russians will be responsible for the crimes of Putin and his team. All Russians will pay financially and be morally responsible for what is happening in Ukraine for decades," Samus emphasized.

According to the military expert, the Russian forces have taken measures to protect the Kremlin and the central districts of Moscow, where decision-making centers are located.

"The Russians have information that Ukraine has succeeded in creating appropriate weapons with a range that allows them to strike residences and headquarters. But Ukraine will strike at military facilities that will reduce Russia's military capabilities, the ability of Russian troops to conduct missile and air strikes on the territory of Ukraine. Although I do not rule out strikes on decision-making centers, if this is required at the moment," Samus added.
