"Putin's cook" Prigogine personally arrived in ORDLO to command Wagnerians, - mass media

"Eugene Prigogine coordinates actions of some mercenaries of Wagner Group. He went to combat zone on behalf of  Kremlin, and he is expected to take prisoner of Wagner from the leadership of Ukraine," - said a source close to  APC.

Prigogine is unofficially called "Putin's cook" because companies controlled by him provided food services in Kremlin, as well as had lucrative contracts at the facilities of  Ministry of Defense and Ministry of Education of Russian Federation.

Eugene Prigogine is one of the oldest and most influential leaders of  St. Petersburg mafia. He acted as a prototype heroes of TV series and detective literary works.

During  Soviet era, Prigogine had two convictions under "serious" articles of  Criminal Code.

In 1979, Prigogine received his first conviction for theft - 2.5 years probation - and was sent to Nizhny Novgorod (then - Gorky).

On October 6, 1981, Zhdaniv People's District Court of Leningrad found Prigogine guilty under  articles of Criminal Code of "theft", "fraud", "involvement of a minor in criminal activity", "robbery" and sentenced him to 13 years in a penal colony.

During one of criminal episodes, Prigogine and his accomplice took off the girl's boots and earrings on the street. At the same time, Prigogine directly suffocated victim, causing her to faint.
