Vitaliy Portnikov shared this opinion live on air of Espreso TV channel.
In Moscow, they realized: if they do not allow grain to be exported, then entire responsibility (for famine, - ed.) will fall on Russia. And Russians turned out to be incapable from the point of view of their own political interests, because they were afraid that African and Arab countries would not communicate with them.
"They will try to withdraw from agreement and blame Ukraine for it, they will look for options, but there are few options. In this game, Putin lost to Erdogan", journalist said.
