Putin is No. 1 war criminal - representative of Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence Yusov

Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Defence Intelligence of Ukraine, said this in an exclusive interview with Espreso TV channel.

"The Ukrainian security and defense sector, the security system, the Prosecutor General's Office, the State Bureau of Investigation, the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Ministry of Justice, and the Department of War Crimes are working hard. All agencies are working to identify, document, collect evidence, and identify criminals who should be brought to justice. We are talking about thousands of inhumans - Russian war criminals," said Yusov.

According to him, the result of this work will be presented during the special tribunal, an international tribunal that will definitely start.

"Individuals who have experienced Russian occupation and served as witnesses are assisting us in this endeavor. It is evident that the number one war criminal is someone resembling Putin or individuals representing the Russian military and political leadership. All those who agreed, participated, executed criminal orders, pressed the button, pulled the trigger, planned, aided, or provided information - every one of these individuals must be held accountable," emphasized Yusov.

On Wednesday, July 19, the Russian Ministry of Defense issued a statement containing threats against ships heading to Ukrainian Black Sea ports.
