Putin and I once said in St. Petersburg that we would also convert Belarusian Su planes so that they could carry nuclear weapons. "What do you think, we're just talking? Everything is ready! Lukashenko also threatened to hit 'decision-making centers', noting that he "doesn't threaten anyone".
