Powerful resistance movement is active in Luhansk region - Serhiy Haidai

The head of the Luhansk Regional Military Administration, Serhiy Haidai, said this at a media briefing.

Serhiy Haidai noted that the resistance movement in the occupied territories is active and effective, taking into account the deadly risk that such activities carry:

“Some people say that these are easy things - put up leaflets about collaborators, the draft, or about the sham referendum... But all this is deadly dangerous. If a person is caught, it will be a huge problem. If not the death penalty. In the best case, the person will be exchanged. We saw how for some reason cars with collaborators were blown up. We saw a video of someone setting fire to the ocuppiers' headquarters. We have seen railway tracks being blown up. We have recorded the burning of switchboards on the railway track, which then stopped logistics on the railway for up to a week. The guerrilla movement works. It works quite actively and successfully. People help us a lot in the fight against the occupiers,” he said.
