Powerful explosion in Berdiansk: Russian appointees blocked traffic

This was reported by the mayor of Melitopol, Ivan Fedorov, and the head of the Berdiansk City Military Administration, Victoria Halitsyna.

"At about 5 am, residents of 3 neighborhoods reported a loud explosion. Currently, the descent down the street through Zakhidnyi Avenue is completely blocked. There are a large number of Russian soldiers in this area," Halitsyna wrote.

Instead, Fedorov wrote that the Russian militants do not even allow pedestrians to pass.
