Pope Francis suggests a meeting with Russian Patriarch Kirill Gundyaev at a Moscow airport, while the pontiff's plane stops to refuel

It is noted that the Pope's plane will stop at one of the Moscow airports for refueling on the way to Mongolia or back. The head of the World Union of Old Believers, Leonid Sevastyanov, told the agency. He noted that he had a personal conversation with the pontiff.
Thus, according to Sevastyanov, the first meeting between Patriarch Kirill and the Pope took place in 2016 at the Havana airport. Now, in his opinion, a similar meeting can be held.
It is also noted that Pope Francis will make an apostolic visit to Mongolia from August 31 to September 4.
