Poland allows the sale of sanctioned Russian companies

Poland allows the introduction of temporary administration for sanctioned Russian companies and their further sale

This is written by European Pravda.

Poland has adopted amendments to the law on sanctions and allowed the appointment of interim management in companies that have come under restrictions and, if necessary, their sale.

Thus, Poland will be able to appoint temporary management in sanctioned Russian companies. Employees of such companies will receive state payments through a special guarantee fund.

The interim administrations must either sell these companies or transfer them under the management of the Polish State Treasury.
