Pistorius reaffirms Germany's intention to double support for Ukraine
German Defense Minister Boris Pistorius has confirmed that his country plans to double military aid to Ukraine in 2024

Pistorius made the statement on ARD, RBC-Ukraine reports.
"This is a strong signal to Ukraine that shows that we are not giving up," Pistorius said.
The defense minister explained that Germany is guided by the experience of 2023, which shows that the planned amounts are quickly exhausted.
Germany plans to provide EUR 8 billion in aid to Ukraine instead of the EUR 4 billion previously budgeted in the federal budget.
