People in Azovstal need urgent evacuation, threat of limb amputation and death - volunteer Oksana Korchynska

She stated this on the air of Espreso.

"When we had the first ‘corridor’ on March 16-17 and we gradually took out the wounded children, by that time they had been under bombardment for more than 20 days and were in a terrible condition. We are talking about children who already had amputations or were threatened by it", said Korchynska.

The volunteer emphasized that the wounded people under occupation at Azovstal no longer need first aid, because they receive it there, but specialized medical care.

"Most of the wounded need urgent operations, if we don't help them now, they will simply die", the volunteer emphasized.
