Over 20 missiles shot down in the Kyiv region

The Kyiv City Military Administration (KCMA) said that Ukrainian air defense forces destroyed over 20 missiles during the air attack. The debris from the intercepted missiles caused significant damage to a 24-story building in the Solomyanskyi district of the capital, resulting in the destruction of several floors and a fire.

Two people died as a result of the falling debris. Eight people were injured, 2 were hospitalized. Others were provided with medical aid on the spot. In addition, about 40 cars parked near the building were damaged. The Ministry of Internal Affairs added that the death toll from the falling debris has risen to 3.

Mykhailo Shamanov, a spokesman for the KCMA, told Espreso TV about the ongoing efforts to assist people who lost their homes as a result of the night attack.

"People who lost their homes will be temporarily resettled in a hostel or boarding house. Later, experts will assess whether it will be possible to allow people to return to their original residence," he said.

The Kharkiv region sufferers at least 3 hits

According to the mayor of the city, Ihor Terekhov, there have been at least 3 hits in the Slobidskyi district of the Kharkiv city, and preliminary information suggests S-300 missiles were launched. Additionally, a fire has been reported in the area.

The head of the Kharkiv regional military administration has also stated that there has been damage to a gas pipe and parked cars as a result of the attack.

Strike on civilians in the Dnipropetrovsk region

Borys Filatov, the Dnipro Mayor, has reported that the civilian private sector in Dnipro has come under attack. Several houses have been completely destroyed, leaving nothing but rubble. The impact of the explosion has resulted in a huge crater. There are also casualties as a result of this attack.

During a briefing at the scene, the deputy head of the Dnipro Regional Military Administration, Volodymyr Orlov, said that the number of victims of the attack on Dnipro increased to 11 people, including 3 children.

"Currently, 25 houses are damaged, 4 are completely destroyed. 11 people are in hospital, 3 of them are children - 2 are being provided inpatient care, one is being treated on an outpatient basis. 7 people are currently in hospitals as a result of the strike," Orlov noted.
