Russian Defense Ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov said this at a briefing on November 9.
This is how the representative of the defense department of the aggressor country explained why the Russian forces targeted a civilian enterprise in Dnipro with drones.
“In the area of the city of Dnipropetrovsk (Dnipro - ed.), the Ukrainian Armed Forces' ammunition depot with rockets for the HIMARS and Vilkha systems, as well as artillery ammunition was destroyed,” Konashenkov said.
