Orban: Ukraine can fight “as long as the US supports it”
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orban said that Ukraine will be able to fight as long as the United States provides support

He said this in an interview with Magyar Nemzet.
Orban noted that there is a danger that this war will last for decades. However, if the United States wants peace, it will come.
"Ukraine can fight as long as the United States supports it with money and weapons. If Americans want peace, there will be peace," he said.
Also, the Hungarian Prime Minister stressed that no one can expect Ukraine to give up its territories to end the war, as well as for the sake of energy security and prosperity of Europe.
"Ukraine is a sovereign state, the decision on when and why to fight should be made by Ukrainians," Orban said.
- On December 16, it became known that Hungary had frozen 870 million euros, or about 350 billion forints, of Russian assets.
