Dismantling Russia becomes focus of Ukrainian government's work

Zelenskyy signed Decree No. 17/2024, in which he "fixed" a strip 150-200 km deep into the Russian Federation along Ukraine's eastern and southeastern border (in fact, the entire current front line) plus the Kuban as "historically inhabited by Ukrainians"

Unfortunately, the list ignored the Green Ukraine or Zelenyi Klyn (Far East, Trans China), Grey Ukraine or Grey Klyn (Omsk region) and Yellow Ukraine or Zhovty Klyn (the Volga region from Samara down to Astrakhan and the Urals), and named only the Malynovyi Klyn (Kuban). But there is always a tool to supplement the text with a separate decree.

This step is definitely useful for us.

Firstly, the entire Kremlin propaganda pool and officials of various levels are on fire, and it's burning strongly. After all, Zelenskyy has recorded not only an abstract historical fact, but a very specific demographic fact of today. Millions of Ukrainians still live there, and they still recognize themselves as Ukrainians, although God help them to speak the surzhyk (a Ukrainian–Russian pidgin - ed.) There is no talk of studying their history.

The Kremlin knows this. Kyiv knows this. The Kremlin knows that Kyiv knows... The provocation is massive and well done. The Western media immediately supported the wave - they obviously liked the idea.

Secondly, it is part of our mandatory daily formal work with the European and global community in their legal framework to record Russia's constant and systematic violations of all international acts that are possible. After all, the document signed "emphasizing the need for the Russian Federation to comply with its international obligations" and "guided by the provisions of the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights, the International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination, the European Charter for Regional or Minority Languages, the Declaration on the Rights of Persons Belonging to National or Ethnic, Religious and Linguistic Minorities."

Everyone, of course, knows that the Kremlin did not care about legal acts. But here comes the sensitive content: Russia is not only carrying out genocide of Ukrainians in the format of aggressive war and occupation but also consistently and purposefully destroying the identity of the Ukrainian population that has lived for centuries in the territories that now belong to the Russian Federation.

Thirdly, the document finally officially fixed the direction of work of our special services and public initiatives to dismantle Russia into secure nation-states through cooperation with organizations of the enslaved peoples of Russia (the same Idel-Ural). Now, what began on the bare enthusiasm of individuals has been recognized as a full-fledged area of work for the Cabinet of Ministers and individual ministries: "intensification of work to counter disinformation and propaganda of the Russian Federation regarding the history and present of Ukrainians in Russia and all peoples enslaved by it; development of interaction between Ukrainians and peoples enslaved by Russia".

That is, the document will have concrete positive consequences at the international level. Although, of course, trolling Russians is also sacred.

But three more Klyns of Ukrainians should be added to the list. Because in the headlines, it already looks like we have forgotten and abandoned millions of Ukrainians on millions of kilometers of Russian territory.
