The Russian army is relocating manpower and equipment in the Kherson region, but some of the troops still remain on the right bank of Dnipro

Natalia Humeniuk, the head of the press center of the South OC, has shared the information on the air of the United News telethon, RBC-Ukraine reports.
"We are watching the enemy's maneuvers that are taking place in a certain area. They (Russian troops, - ed.) are relocating weapons, equipment and units, but at the same time some of the forces remain on Dnipro’s right bank. In any case, AFU are currently conducting a military operation. We do not disclose the conditions and directions, but simply do our work," she said.
Humeniuk emphasized that the front line in the southern Ukraine continues to change under Ukrainian forces’ pressure, but it is inappropriate to comment on the situation yet.
