The occupying Russian forces report that they plan to "evacuate" 70,000 residents from a 15-kilometer zone near the Dnipro in the Kherson region. Saldo said that the process has already started, and they are going to "evacuate" the population in three days.

  • On November 1, the General Staff announced that the Russian forces were forcibly evicting residents of the Kherson region in order to move their soldiers into their homes.
