This was reported by the National Resistance Centre.
In the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia region, the enemy is creating a list of empty apartments that have not yet been occupied by Russian citizens.
Thus, in large settlements, the enemy requires residents to provide lists of empty apartments. The occupiers also visit apartments with debts for utilities to check for residents.
At the same time, occupying Russian forces issue them with a fake "ownership right" that has no legal force. Russian occupation authorities are trying to "nationalise" the property of Ukrainians who do not agree to live under Russian rule.
