Occupying Russian authorities block passes of ZNPP staff who didn’t sign new contracts - AFU General Staff
Employees of Zaporizhzhia Nuclear Power Plant who have not signed employment contracts with the Russian-installed management have had their passes blocked
The General Staff of the AFU reported this on Facebook.
The Russian forces continue to exert moral, psychological and physical pressure on the local population.
"For example, employees of Zaporizhzhia NPP who did not sign an employment contract with the Russian occupiers were denied access to the plant, and workers, who were forced to sign a contract, were told that their wages would be reduced, arguing that the plant was not working," the post says.
The Russian army continues offensive actions in three directions
"Losing a lot of manpower, Russia is still continuing offensive actions on the Bakhmut, Avdiivka and Vuhledar directions. In the Kupiansk, Lyman, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson directions, the enemy is on the defensive," the General Staff informs.
Near the northern Ukrainian border with Russia, 3 settlements in the Chernihiv region, 6 more in the Sumy region, as well as almost a dozen villages and towns in the Kharkiv region were subjected to artillery and mortar fire.
In the Kupiansk direction: Russian forces fired at the positions of Ukrainian troops near 3 settlements of the Kharkiv region; one of the Luhansk region and one of the Donetsk region.
In the Lyman direction: Russian military attacked 3 settlements in the Luhansk region with mortars and cannon artillery.
In the Bakhmut direction: the areas of 18 settlements were shelled. Among them are 8 villages, towns and cities in the Donetsk region, including Bakhmut and Chasiv Yar.
In the Avdiivka direction: 8 settlements of the Donetsk region came under Russian fire.
In the Vuhledar direction: the Russian forces shelled 3 settlements of the Donetsk region.
In the Zaporizhzhia direction: 15 towns and villages were attacked.
In the Kherson direction: 8 settlements and the city of Kherson were hit by artillery and mortars.
Missile and artillery units struck 2 command posts, 2 air defense positions and 3 areas of enemy manpower concentration
The aviation of the Defense Forces has carried out 4 strikes on the concentration areas of the Russian soldiers during the current day. The Ukrainian missile and artillery units hit 2 control points, 2 air defense positions and 3 areas of concentration of Russian manpower.
The General Staff also noted that Russian forces continue to suffer losses.
"In particular, up to 50 wounded Russian soldiers have been brought to the hospital of Tokmak, Zaporizhzhia region, in recent days. Most of them, after receiving formal assistance, are sent back to the front line," the post says.
