This was reported by the National Resistance Center.
"The enemy is failing all possible plans for the forced passportization of civilians in the temporarily occupied territories. Therefore, in the Kherson region, by May 1, all car owners were tasked to re-register their cars in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation," the statement said.
"However, a car can be re-registered only with a Russian passport, and the Russian occupiers have already announced that cars without re-registration will be seized," the National Resistance Center added.
