Occupying forces compile lists of Russian passport holders in Luhansk region
Occupying forces in the Luhansk region are compiling lists of Russian passport holders to share with local "military commissars"
This was reported by the Luhansk Regional Military Administration on Telegram.
The directive, issued by the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, must be completed by April 18th. The lists are to be submitted in electronic format, along with copies of the documents of all occupation administration employees.
The post notes that gaining entry into Lysychansk without inspection is difficult. Only those with registration or documents proving real estate ownership, or with relatives in the settlement, are allowed in.
