North-western part of the Black Sea is mined - Cabinet of Ministers

"The NAVAREA Hydrographic Office has issued a warning about the area being mined. Also in these areas there is a risk of jamming GPS, AIS spoofing, obstacles and cyber attacks. Mining the northwestern part of the Black Sea will delay the resumption of navigation for a long time even after the cessation of hostilities in the region", the government report says.
