Reuters reported about this.
Asked about Turkish President Recep Erdogan's offer to mediate peace talks, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov told reporters that Vladimir Putin and Volodymyr Zelenskyy could meet only after both sides "do their homework".
Peskov also claims that "the Ukrainian delegation has disappeared from the radar, and there is no negotiation process now".
"As for the meeting between Presidents Putin and Zelenskyy, it is possible only after the delegations have done all their homework. This did not happen, so there are no necessary prerequisites for the meeting", Putin's spokesman added.
