He told this live on air of Espreso TV channel.
"There is still no heating and water supply in Kherson today. In this situation, partial switching on of electricity saves. In other words, power engineers are working on complete restoration of electricity supply to all areas of the city. It is difficult, as there have been periodic attacks on city's infrastructure," Pletenchuk said.
Press officer noted that many people leave Kherson.
"Part of Kherson residents leave city after de-occupation. However, quite a few civilians remain in Kherson. These are people who have nowhere to go or do not want to leave city. In most cases, these are elderly people," he added.
