No trams running in Kharkiv after Russians destroy depots and substations – City Council
In Kharkiv, Russian occupiers have destroyed tram depots and destroyed substations that supply the electric vehicles.

Kharkiv City Council shared an update on the situation.
“It should also be noted that, after the war, 1.5-2 months will be spent preparing for the subway launch. I would also say that thanks to the “efforts” of the invaders, there will be difficulties with the Saltov branch – it will happen much later than the other two,” said Mayor Igor Terekhov.
Currently, the city is working with specialists to optimize public transport routes, which primarily concerns the need to connect Saltivka residents with the center, Zhuky and Oleksiyivka (Kharkiv districts – Ed.). In some cases, trams will replace trolleybuses, in others – municipal buses.
