This is reported by Reuters.
“We haven't reached a solution yet”, Hoekstra said in response to questions about earlier announced talks of the Dutch with the UK, Denmark, Belgium and other partners to possibly deliver F-16's to Ukraine.
“When we are ready to cross that bridge and are ready to communicate this, we will,” he added.

Earlier, the UK and the Netherlands promised to support Ukraine in creating an 'aviation coalition.' At the same time, the UK stated that it would not transfer fighter jets, but would take part in pilot training.
